*Double check the TR pipe can go through the fittings (Double bends going through a top fitting may not work)

TuffRail is an industrial handrail system offered by Moddex. It is designed to provide AS1657 compliant protection for workers across mezzanines, stairs, loading bays, and other industrial applications.

  • TR20 - Top and Midrail
  • TR25 - Top and Midrail with Kickplate
  • TR30 - Top, Mid, and Bottom Rails
  • TR35 - Top, Mid, and Bottom Rails with Kickplate

Compliance

Moddex TR handrails are designed and manufactured in accordance with Australian Standard AS1657:2018 and relevant statutory WHS Codes of Practice/ Guidelines. Galvanized to AS 4792 and AS/NZS 4680:2006 (where applicable)

Common compliances

  • Moddex standard TR height is 1045mm however it can be designed between 900mm-1100mm in accordance with AS1657 (Preferred 1045mm)
